Intervention concerning the restructuring of four buildings and the arrangement of the external areas at the Terna di Casellina power station in Scandicci (FI). The main works carried out by Solesi S.p.A. are:

• demolition of internal and external elements to buildings such as floors, attics, walls and fixtures;
• execution of civil, finishing and structural works;
• construction of systems (electrical and mechanical, internal and external lighting, air conditioning, crawl space ventilation, sewage and water systems, water lifting);
• construction of a plant with a geothermal probe system for the production of renewable energy;
• installation of a new septic tank and system connection;
• arrangement and adaptation of the vehicular and pedestrian roads;
• installation of a photovoltaic system.
