As part of the “Futur-E” project, aimed at the redevelopment of production sites no longer in use, ENEL S.p.A. has started the construction of a new biomass plant.

For the construction of the new plant, Solesi S.p.A. oversaw the execution of the seismic reinforcements of the previous Machine Room of the Enel “Orso Mario Corbino” plant, the construction of civil works relating to the adaptation of the engine room and the execution of the systems for connecting to the MV network and for safeguarding existing users , as well as the execution of the renovation of the roof of the Machine Room building.

Below is the list of the main activities carried out by the company as part of the project:

1. excavation, demolition and filling;
2. execution of foundations with micropiles;
3. castings of reinforced concrete curbs for connecting metal structures and for stiffening by means of steel plates and tie rods;
4. reinforcement of beams in elevation;
5. realization of various finishing works;
6. execution of concrete works.
7. assembly of metal structures.
